Offensive subjects: Head's up before going into detail on super heavy topics (especially sexual assault/rape, suicide) are not necessary but appreciated

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Theoretically cool but gimme a head's up first, he's a huge liar & a villain so I like to be on top of who knows what

maskormenace POWERS:

1. ALIEN.
Negotiator has green skin, carapace-like attachments, bio-luminescent lights and extendable fingers that become claws. He's stronger than the average human but not super-strength strong.

2. DIMENSION SHIFTING.
This essentially means he can make things and/or people shift into a state of invisibility/intangibility. In this state, only things shifted can interact with each other - they cannot interact with the rest of the world.

3. FAUX-SCARAB GENERATION.
Once per day, Negotiator can generate one "Scarab", a blue alien thingamajig that happens to look like a dung beetle. These won't have the full effects of Jaime Reyes's, they're basically a poor imitation of real Scarabs. They attach to someone's body, sending tendrils to tap into the nervous system to move their body like a puppet. Their mind is unaffected, though upon removal there is a chance they'll experience memory loss, but that's random and unpredicable. They can also generate some armour, but it's half-finished and incomplete, like just the head/shoulders, or the left half of the body, and some very basic weaponry - lasers.

Negotiator can't control the Scarabs directly, but they do listen to his basic commands, housing some very, very simple AI, more like an NPC in a video game than anything capable of self-awareness.
